Yes, this is a gradual training experience. Nobody spars or has physical contact training until they are ready.
I Would Love To Do The Training But Not The Fight, What Can I Do?
Thats fine! The fight is not for everyone, you have the option to just do the training and there are different roles if you want on fight night!
